Figure & Forme is based in the western suburbs of Chicago. Our studio is a private, appointment-only space designed to provide a calm, uninterrupted experience during your scan. Once your session is officially booked, you’ll receive the exact studio address along with your appointment details. To preserve privacy and ensure a thoughtful, unhurried environment for each client, we do not share our address prior to booking.
